I’ve been using foothills for about a year and there has been a noticeable different in our pest issues. As far as quality of each visit, I’ve noticed that it depends on each individual technician that comes out, and I want to specifically thank Davin for completely hearing our concerns and taking his time with treating the house.
The past couple visits the technicians were in and out within such a short time it made it hard to believe that things were getting treated properly but Davin spent about twice as long outside in the heat just to make sure we wouldn’t have any ongoing issues. Thank you Davin!

Nolan, our technician, did an amazing job for us at our aunt's home taking care of our ant problem.
Smooth process from our inquiry on their website, to the phone call, and then service. I'll be calling to set my services up at my home once my contract with a bigger company is complete. Great team!

Tech was very friendly and seemed to do a good job BUT my yard was sprayed for chiggers and other bugs. It cost over $200, which I thought was a fair price… but the bugs all came back after 45 days. I called and they said they would come back out… but would charge the full $200+ price for another treatment. They said they only warranty their spray for 30 days…. $200 every 30 days? That doesn’t seem right to me.
I called another company and they said they will come out and do the same spray treatment for the same bugs for $250… but they warranty their work for AN ENTIRE YEAR. If any bugs come back they will come back out and treat again free of charge. (Greenville pest control). That sounds like a much better deal to me, sounds like they fully stand behind their work.
Like I said the tech was very friendly and it did appear to take care of the bugs for a month or so, but I expected it to take care of them for longer than that for the price.

We have been using Foothills for a few months for pest control and have been happy with the service. They noticed some issues in our crawl space and recently took care of them for us but their communication wasn’t the best. Overall the staff has been kind and the work has been good quality!

Dolan our technician was extremely thorough, and very personable. Awesome attitude, quality work, and no more bugs! He sprayed the entire yard, trees, and put granules out. Price was fair. These are my pest control guys from now on! Thanks again guys.

We've been using Foothills Pest Control for the last 4-5 years and have had a great experience. They always call when they are on the way, and show up when they say they will. The office folks are super helpful and kind, and all technicians we've worked with have treated our home like their own. We have a lot of oak trees & mulch and that brings unwanted guests - we get quarterly service, and we know Foothills is always just a phone call away if we need them in between scheduled visits. Highly recommend!

Mosquito control is worst. I switched from a different company to save money. Bad idea! My backyard is infested with the bitting creatures. After treatment all summer long, no improvement.

We moved into our brand new home, and we were thrilled, except for one issue, ANTS ! I’m allergic to the darn things! We had them upstairs. It happens. I don’t know if it was moving stuff or whatever but I needed a company that took care of it the first time and understood termites! We got all that and more in Foothills Pest Control. I never have had any bug issues with them, and I had an older dog with allergy issues. She never had any issues. Every technician has been extremely professional and helpful. The staff are always there and helpful. It’s a local company and I feel comfortable with giving their name to friends and family.

The response time via email was quick and simple. Travis came to inspect/treat our house and made the process easy. Explained everything thoroughly and gave a recommendation for what was needed and completed the first service today. Zero complaints and we will have them checking everything regularly. Highly recommended!

Not a bug in sight since I started getting regular treatment. Field Techs are friendly and non-disruptive to interior. If ever I am not available to be present for an appointment, I can opt for exterior only; they are very flexible and understanding of my work schedule.

Stellar service, inside and outside of the home. I had been battling an ongoing issue with Carpenter Ants and earwigs in my home for quite a while now, and these guys were able to get it taken care of quickly and painlessly. I had shopped around for prices and found that they were very reasonable, and the fact that they are veteran-owned secured my business. Foothills Pest Control is my pest control team going forward!

We have used Foothills for routine pest control a couple times, with no complaints at all. But recently we dealt with a mouse invasion, and have really appreciated their prompt and thorough service. Chris came out the day after I called about the problem to lay traps for the critters. He was super friendly and wanted to make sure to only use traps I was comfortable with, and gave a fair quote for rodent exclusion work (less than another company we got a quote from). Bradly and Jeremy came out a couple weeks later to get the exclusion done, and I really felt they went above and beyond to make sure our (older) home was properly sealed up, inside and in the crawlspace. Bradly even took the time to tidy up some old messy spray foam under our kitchen cabinet. It looks so much better now! And, most importantly, we haven’t seen any more signs of mice!
Overall, we were so happy with our experience and would definitely recommend these guys.

Company is very responsive to your needs.They sent Bradly out the next day…he is very knowledgeable…though not so sure about the expensive dehumidifier they sold me lots of service calls… i wonder what will happen when the warranty wears out…could be quite expensive

Absolutely wonderful company! After a horrible experience with a different company, I called Foothills. From the first call, to inspection and quotes, Bradley was respectful, honest, and polite. He explained everything with complete transparency! Refreshing to see a family company with pride and integrity beaming through all they do!!! Definitely recommending them to everyone! They come out to spray for pests every two months. The young man than comes is always on time, he calls when he's on the way, is efficient, and is kind and respectful to our animals and our sons. Ours sons have special needs, and he interacts with them as he would any other adult. There aren't enough stars to rate this company.

Bradley has great customer service qualities and was very informative when he came to inspect our house. Jeffrey was super nice when he came to treat our house for the termites that Bradley found. Our request was time-sensitive, and Bradley showed honest empathy towards us and our situation. He really pushed for us to get the report we needed ASAP, and Jamie Kernells delivered ASAP with the report! I believe Foothills Pest Control is a very professional business, and I now know why they already have such a high review rating. Thanks guys!!!
