Not a bug in sight since I started getting regular treatment. Field Techs are friendly and non-disruptive to interior. If ever I am not available to be present for an appointment, I can opt for exterior only; they are very flexible and understanding of my work schedule.

Stellar service, inside and outside of the home. I had been battling an ongoing issue with Carpenter Ants and earwigs in my home for quite a while now, and these guys were able to get it taken care of quickly and painlessly. I had shopped around for prices and found that they were very reasonable, and the fact that they are veteran-owned secured my business. Foothills Pest Control is my pest control team going forward!

We have used Foothills for routine pest control a couple times, with no complaints at all. But recently we dealt with a mouse invasion, and have really appreciated their prompt and thorough service. Chris came out the day after I called about the problem to lay traps for the critters. He was super friendly and wanted to make sure to only use traps I was comfortable with, and gave a fair quote for rodent exclusion work (less than another company we got a quote from). Bradly and Jeremy came out a couple weeks later to get the exclusion done, and I really felt they went above and beyond to make sure our (older) home was properly sealed up, inside and in the crawlspace. Bradly even took the time to tidy up some old messy spray foam under our kitchen cabinet. It looks so much better now! And, most importantly, we haven’t seen any more signs of mice!Overall, we were so happy with our experience and would definitely recommend these guys.

We have foothill pest control. Just started the service with them they came and treated outside and inside.they told me they will take care spiders and spiders webs but they still around my house also I saw little bugs inside like ants not the many I call them to let them know when they answer the phone I try to explain what was happening. The girl started giving me attitude and told me she can’t do nothing about soon because no one was coming where my house is and she didn’t know when they will come probably next service I was very disappointed.

I see the owner responded to my post two years ago, so updating: This company sent out incredibly inexperienced people to my mother’s house in Anderson. Pat Mitchell was the customer not myself but I lived with her at the time. They did not show up with any protection, didn’t have any equipment with them, and didn’t believe her when she told them what was going on. They had to return back a separate time with the right materials and then tried to charge her for two stops. I could not believe how unprepared these people were to get rid of a wasp nest under her deck. I hope things are better now but that was our experience

Company is very responsive to your needs.They sent Bradly out the next day…he is very knowledgeable…though not so sure about the expensive dehumidifier they sold me lots of service calls… i wonder what will happen when the warranty wears out…could be quite expensive

Absolutely wonderful company! After a horrible experience with a different company, I called Foothills. From the first call, to inspection and quotes, Bradley was respectful, honest, and polite. Field workers are always super informative and knowledgeable about any issues that are brought up! Very good at taking care of any issues. However, will bug you calling to make next apt, then when you make one but let them know you have an appt at a certain time and they reply that they will be out by a certain time. That day comes and no they were not here by that time. I called and im told thats why they give an window. I let the girl know my conservation when the apt was made after they kept and kept calling wanting to make the aptI will take my business elsewhere

They come out to spray for pests every two months. The young man than comes is always on time, he calls when he's on the way, is efficient, and is kind and respectful to our animals and our sons. Ours sons have special needs, and he interacts with them as he would any other adult. There aren't enough stars to rate this company.

Bradley has great customer service qualities and was very informative when he came to inspect our house. Jeffrey was super nice when he came to treat our house for the termites that Bradley found. Our request was time-sensitive, and Bradley showed honest empathy towards us and our situation. He really pushed for us to get the report we needed ASAP, and Jamie Kernells delivered ASAP with the report!
